FAQ??? / RETURN POLICY

1) How long will it take before I receive my order? As every order is different as well as the complexity of it, it can take any where between 2 days and 1 week. Each order is contingent upon where we are at in our order list, the types of materials in stock that we need for your order as well as the over all construction of your project.

2) Why are your prices lower than other places? To begin, please do not confuse lower prices with poor construction. We don't belive in taking advantage of buyers. We effectively purchase our materials at a lower rate which allows us to keep our purchase prices down.

3)some merchandise will come with Advertising(specially new territory) it helps to keep the consumers informed about whatever new products or services are available in the market at their disposal. It helps to spread awareness about products or services that are of some use to consumer and potential buyers. The main aim of advertising, many believe is to sell.

4) Do you offer returns? If for some reason you change your mind before your item is made ! yes we will offer a FULL refund except fees . for PayPal / or CC. if your order was made and you decide you don't want it . At this point we charge $50.00 plus applicable fees for RESTOCK on stunt parts, electronics,accessories/and or shipping label which ever is greater depending the item we cannot refund it or exchange it!

5) Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance we provide $50 worth of insurance depending the package.

6) Our system does not allow for us to mark orders as "processing". Once the order is placed it will say "Received”, which means it is processing. It does not mean it has been shipped or has not shipped.All sales are final. In some cases we do allow for order cancellations. All order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee AND 17% on restocking fees. Made to order parts can not be canceled after 2 hours of placing the order. 

7) SMF,D.P.G,Flatout FAB,GRvinyl and other makers process all packages in the order they were received. We will not give priority to one #ORDER# over another one as that would be unfair to the customer who has been waiting longer."TIME TO SHIP SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH OUT CONFIRMATION (E-Mail will be sent)" along with no refunds on custom orders

8) ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom orders our bank nor PayPal will NOT refund these orders.

9) Because everything is made to order, our items usually take some build time before they are shipped! Here is our current estimated build time for our products: * Honda Grom & DRZ-400 subcages: 25-30 business days * Stunt Pegs And custom parts(misc): 7/10 business days * Smaller items such as license plate or tail light brackets, axle sliders, and engine sliders: 5-10 business days Once items are built, shipping only takes a few days (longer for international shipping) and you will get an email with a tracking number when we are about to ship it out. Our shipping timelines are just an estimate, they are subject to change as it depends on demand and other factors! Please note that we also use business days and not calendar days for our estimates. We are a small team, and we do the best we can to get things out in our estimated timeframe, but we wouldn't want to send anything that isn't our acclaimed GRvinyl.com Design quality!

10)The prices we charge for using our services and for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available for review during checkout. When purchasing an item, you are in agreement: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Therefore, refunds or exchanges are subject to review on a case by case basis.

11)HEADLIGHTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. but it is exchange able . buyer pays shipping.. If the item is damage we will exchange it FREE. within a 7 day period including Saturdays and Sundays.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

* IF PAYMENT HAS BEEN CLEARED 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS NO EXCUSES ... once payment is cleared we will process the rest of an order and put it in queue .
* Total distance between us and you
* Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
* What delivery method you select

* USPS First Class: 7-10 Business Days
* USPS Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days($100 worth of insurance included)
* USPS: 3-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
* USPS 2 Day: 2 Business Days (Guaranteed transit time, $100 worth of insurance included)

INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
* Priority Mail: 4-15 Business Days (APC Postal Logistics, $100 worth of insurance included)
* USPS packages you can add more insurance to your package at the time of check out.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

How much is shipping?

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

* Domestic vs International shipments
* Total weight of package
* Distance between the 2 parties

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
